The places to booze and schmooze in Lancaster

Mondays

3-in-1 – Mondays will never be the same again thanks to this brand new deal. Newly opened Dalton Rooms, Hustle and Lounge bring you a new ‘3-in-1’ offer for only £6. Tickets include entry to all three clubs, saving you £5, £6 worth of drinks from any of the three venues and a free bus back to campus.

Tuesdays

Revolution – If you love vodka, then you’ll love ‘I LOVE VODKA Tuesdays’ at Revolution. Drinks offers are on all night including £2.50 double vodbulls, £1 shots and £2 jagerbombs. Tickets are £3 and include a free bus back to campus and a free shot. Tickets are available from campus bars so don’t miss out on Lancaster University’s official student night at Revolution.

Lounge – Roll The Dice Twice night at Lounge offers some great Tuesday night deals to students including 2 for £6 on selected cocktails. Also, if you’re feeling lucky, you can roll the dice for £1 and see if you can win some great prizes.

Wednesdays

Hustle – Want a change of scenery from the usual Carleton student night held in the delightful seaside resort of Morecambe? Then why not try Hustle’s ‘Push The Button’ night on a Wednesday. Along with the usual drinks offers, Hustle offer you to ‘push the button’ with every round of drinks, which could lead to you winning your round for free, double your round, or if you’re really lucky, a rubber chicken.

Thursdays

Elements – Elements’ ‘Sick to Death of Disco’ night is a great alternative night-out. The New Members Lounge offers an acoustic and karaoke set every Thursday, whilst in the main room DJ Joey Soprano plays the best in alternative music. Entry fee is £3 with your purple card and drinks start from £1.80.

Hustle – Hustle’s ‘3-for-1’ night has now been running successfully for two years and I can see why. Hustle offers 3-for-1 on selected spirits and mixers; 3-for-1 on bottles of Carlsberg and Strongbow; 3-for-1 on champagne (yes really), and so much more.

Fridays

Elements – Too much change? Have no fear because Elements welcomes all your loose change. Element’s ‘94p Fridays’ plays the most chart-topping tunes on a Friday and offer drinks from, you’ve guessed it, 94p.

Cuba – Cuba have recently launched their new night ‘F**k it, it’s Friday’ for Lancaster University students. Tickets are £3 on the door and include a free shot and a bus back to campus. The night offers the latest chart-toppers, RnB and a good handful of those classic cheesy tunes that we all love. Drinks start from £1 including £1 vodka and mixer and £1.50 bottles of Carlsberg.

Saturdays

Elements – Another penny loving night at Elements on their Saturday’s ‘In for a penny, In for a pound’ night. As you’ve probably guessed entry is just 1p and drinks start from £1, and there’s no catches. Resident DJs play the latest floor filler anthems on this night not to be missed.

Toast – It’s so simple to be on the V.I.P list for Toast’s Saturday nights. Simply add ‘Toast’ on Facebook, and get yourself on the mailing list. Being on the guest list entitles you to free entry, queue jump and a free shot before 12pm.

Cuba – ‘Cuba Rox’ is an alternative night held on the second and fourth Saturday’s of each month.  It’s £2 in and there are plenty of drinks offers available. So, if you fancy an alternative night out, why not try ‘Cuba Rox’.

Sundays

Hustle – The wild nights out don’t end on Saturdays in Lancaster. Hustle’s Sunday night is known as ‘Anything Goes’, and the night summed up is basically in its title. Barmaids in lingerie, free pizza and big tunes, Hustle claim that Sundays are a night to “eat, drink, and be merry”, so why not?

  1. Just as I suspected: there really is nowhere worth going to in Lancaster.

  2. I’d hardly say you were a “Very important person” for getting yourself on the GUESTLIST.

This article reads like someone has just collected all of the promotional material from the various venues, chewed it up and regurgitated it to make it sound like they’ve done some actual research…
